Student Administration

Student administration is situated within the Registrar's Office. Student administration is responsible for all matters relating to Admissions, Registration, Examinations and Graduation.

The Registrars's Office is closed at present as staff are working remotely. Please contact one of the following who will assist you with your query:

  • Academic records                                                                                 
  • Deferrals
  • Examination timetables and related matters
  • Graduation organisation
  • Student exam transcripts
  • Student ID cards
     

Please note; Students wishing to have forms stamped or signed by the Institute e.g. child allowance forms/applications for medical cards etc. should bring the completed form to their School Office Only - (School of Business / School of Science & Computing / School of Engineering).
