This module introduces students to current practices in the preparation of major types of environmental licences as well as their assessment. The aim of this module is to ensure that graduating candidates have a good working knowledge of current practice in the preparation and assessment of major types of environmental licenses and how these relate to environmental management

A variety of teaching methods will be used including lectures, group discussion, problem solving exercises to encourage self-directed learning and analysis of case studies to encourage participant analytical thinking
