Research

The hub brings together expertise from various fields with the following aims:

• To conduct research in the computer, mathematical and engineering sciences and their subfields including AI, machine learning, computer vision, cyber security, IoT, software engineering and computer science education;
• To collaborate with researchers from across disciplines TU Dublin and beyond to perform impactful interdisciplinary research;
• To integrate expertise from legal, regulatory, ethics and social sciences with relevance to computing research;
• To apply our research in application domains where computing plays a crucial role (e.g. healthcare, physical sciences, finance, education, agriculture and energy).
