The Department of Management provides part-time programmes of study in Culinary Arts. Students are provided with specialist training and education utilising the latest technologies and teaching methodologies. Lecturing staff within the department are actively engaged in many research fields while other academics are engaged in research and consultancy with industry, which ensures that each programme offered is academically and practically focused. This benefits the student as each course of study fosters creative, critical, competitive and practical competencies.

**NEW** BA (Honours) in Botanical Cuisine( one-year add on)
New Farm-to-Plate Culinary Degree Programme for Contemporary Chefs at IT Tallaght & Airfield Estate with Chef Patrons JP Mc Mahon, Sasu Laukkonen, & Matt Orlando
TU Dublin -Tallaght Campus in partnership with Airfield Estate, has developed a unique Honours Degree in Botanical Cuisine to enable chefs grow their own produce and creatively and confidently innovate food in line with current food and dietary trends. The one-year part-time programme is the first of its kind in Europe and is aimed at chefs with extensive experience in the industry or those that have previous culinary qualifications.
