Student Support Fund Launch

TU Dublin Foundation launch Student Support Fund

TU Dublin Foundation is delighted to announce the launch of the 20/21 Student Support Fund Grant Round. In response to the Covid-19 pandemic and the significant impact on the lives of our students the President Professor David FitzPatrick launched an appeal seeking support from staff and alumni to enhance the University’s ability to meet the needs of all TU Dublin students in the coming year. In these unprecedented times we were overwhelmed with the generosity and support of over 150 staff and alumni who contributed to the fund.

TU Dublin Foundation is now calling for projects and activities from across the University to apply for funding to help support students in the coming year. A total fund of €30,000 is available to support projects and initiatives aimed at alleviating the impact of Covid19. There will be two funding strands – a seed fund for new ideas to develop and a growth fund for existing services that want to support more students.

The funding call will remain open from Monday September 28th to Monday October 19th. It is open to all schools, functions and student services across the University. If you have any queries or questions please contact Anna at TU Dublin Foundation by email Anna.Mccarthy@TUDublin.ie.
