Student Administration

Student administration is situated within the Registrar's Office. Student administration is responsible for all matters relating to admissions, registration, examinations and Graduation.









Located in room 120 on the first floor.
Opening Hours:
Monday to Friday,  09.15 - 17.00 hrs
(closed for lunch 13:00 - 14:00).

Brendan Harte is the Administrative Officer responsible for the administration of admissions, registration, fees, examinations and Graduation. He can be located in room 120 on the first floor or at [Ext 2131].

Appointments with the Registrar:
If you would like to meet with the Registrar at any stage you can make an appointment by contacting his secretary Sharon O' Brien in the Registrars office, room 120 on the first floor [Ext 2220].

  • Graduation organisation
  • Information about financial matters
  • Student exam transcripts
  • Student ID cards

Please note; Students wishing to have forms stamped or signed by the Institute e.g. child allowance forms/applications for medical cards etc. should bring the completed form to their School Office Only - (School of Business / School of Science & Computing / School of Engineering).
