The Registrars Office

The Registrars Office is responsible for all matters relating to admissions, registration and examinations. It is open each day:

Monday to Friday, from 9.15 - 17.00 hrs
(closed from 1pm - 2pm for lunch).

Registrar Appointments:

If you need to talk to the Registrar at any stage you can make an appointment by contacting his secretary in the Registrar’s office, room 120 on the first floor [Ext 2220].

 Brendan Harte is the Administrative Officer responsible for the administration of admissions, registration and examinations. He can be contacted in room 120 on the first floor or at [Ext 2131].

Our services include:

  • information about financial matters
  • deferrals
  • student ID cards
  • the provision of student exam transcripts
  • academic records
  • examination timetables and related matters
  • graduation organisation.

 

Students wishing to have forms [e.g. child allowance forms/applications for medical cards etc.] stamped or signed by the Institute should bring the completed form to the School Secretary - NOT THE REGISTRARS OFFICE.

 

All the staff in the Registrars Office will be happy to deal with any queries you may have in relation to admissions, registration and examinations. The following are included among the responsibilities:
