Research Opportunities

Funded under the HEA-TU4D POSTGRADUATE RESEARCH SCHOLARSHIPS Fund - Master Degrees and PhD Degrees

 

Applications are sought from suitably qualified candidates for the following postgraduate research opportunities leading to the award of a Masters or PhD Degree by Research at The Institute of Technology, Tallaght

Minimum requirement: Applicants must hold an Honours degree (Grade 2:2 or higher) for the Masters degree, and a minimum award level of (Grade 2:1 or higher) for the PhD degree in the relevant area.
For non-nationals, an IELTS score of >6.0 is also required.

Successful Masters Candidates will be eligible for a 24-month scholarship. Successful PhD candidates will be eligible for a 48 month scholarship under the HEA-TU4D POSTGRADUATERESEARCH SCHOLARSHIPS Fund which will provide a stipend of €10,000 per annum, full EU college fees paid* for 2 years Masters or for 4 years for PhD and a contribution towards project running costs for PhD only.

**Note: Non-EU students must pay an additional non-EU postgraduate fee per annum

Applications are sought from suitably qualified candidates for the following postgraduate research opportunities leading to the award of a Masters Degree by Research at The Institute of Technology, Tallaght 

Minimum requirement: Applicants must hold an Honours degree (Grade 2:2 or higher) in the relevant area. For non-nationals, an IELTS score of >6.0 is also required. 

Successful candidates will be eligible for a 20 month scholarship under the Institute of Technology, Tallaght's President's Research Award Scheme 2017 which will provide a stipend of €10,000 per annum, full EU college fees paid* for 2 years commencing February 2018 and a contribution towards project running costs.
