Culinary Arts
The Department of Humanities provides part-time programmes of study in Culinary Arts. Students are provided with specialist training and education utilising the latest technologies and teaching methodologies. Lecturing staff within the department are actively engaged in many research fields while other academics are engaged in research and consultancy with industry, which ensures that each programme offered is academically and practically focused. This benefits the student as each course of study fosters creative, critical, competitive and practical competencies.

 

Certificate in Mediation and Conflict Resolution - APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN
This 26 week part-time course is for people who want to resolve conflict more effectively, develop better negotiation skills and learn how to use mediation in their professional and personal lives. This course is both for people who want to start working towards mediation as a career, gaining a good basic training in Workplace, Family, Community and Commercial Mediation Process, and, those already in professions that rely in relationship management such as HR, Legal, Teaching, Industrial relations, Management/supervisor, Social Work, SME Owners and Front Line Workers in Public Service.

Social Care

This benefits the student as each course of study fosters creative, critical, competitive and practical competencies.


Theology
The Priory Institute offers accredited certificates, higher certificates, diplomas and degrees. Programme accreditation has to do with quality assurance. It is a process under which educational programmes are evaluated by a government authorised, external body to determine if all applicable standards are met. Only those programmes become accredited that meet these quality assurance standards.
