Driving to ITT Dublin?

M50 Motorway: South
Take Exit 10 (Marked Ballymount/Belgard Rd)
Take right turn at top of ramp (heading for Belgard Road)
Follow R838 straight through 2 sets of lights (Luas tracks will be on the right hand side)
At the junction with Belgard Road (R113), take the left turn.
Travel straight along Belgard Road (through four sets of traffic lights)
Take the first exit at the roundabout

M50 Motorway: North
Take Exit 10 (Marked Ballymount/Belgard Rd)
Take left turn at top of ramp (heading for Belgard Road)
Instructions as above for M50 South.

Route from Newlands Cross.
Travelling from Limerick\Cork|Waterford on the Naas Road.
Turn right at Newlands Cross onto the Belgard Road (R113).
Travel straight along the Belgard Road for approxiamately 4km, passing through a number (7 app)of traffic light junctions until you come to a small roundabout.
Take the first exit at the roundabout

Luas

The Luas (Line A) runs between Connolly Station in the City Centre and the Square in Tallaght. It stops within a couple of minutes’ walk of the Institute.

Luas (Line A) has the following stops on its way to Tallaght:

Bus Arús, Abbey Street, Jervis, Four Courts, Smithfield, Museum, Heuston, James’, Fatima, Rialto, Suir Road, Goldenbridge, Drimnagh, Blackhorse, Bluebell, Kylemore, Red Cow, Kingswood, Belgard, Cookstown, Hospital, Tallaght.

(Getting to the Institute from the Luas)

 On arriving at the stop in Tallaght, exit the Luas to the right and proceed straight down the platform.

Follow the blue/purple line on the pavement from the LUAS to the Institute.
Walk stright past the Civic Theatre.
Proceed along the wide path (with metal columns).
Cross at the pedestrian lights and proceed straight along the wide path.
Cross at the pedestrian lights (dual carriageway) and proceed straight.
Proceed straight along the wide path and take the left entrance into the Institute.

Bus

ITT Dublin is easily accessible by bus. The following scheduled services all stop or terminate close to the institute:

54A -  from Eden Quay to Ellensborough/Kiltipper Way*** (Stops outside the Institute)
27 - from Clare Hall to Jobstown*** (Stops outside the Institute)
65 - from Hawkins St, to Blessington / Ballymore *** (Stops outside the Institute)
49 - from Pearse St. to the Square
77A - from Ringsend Rd. to Citywest via the Square
75 - from Dun Laoghaire to the Square *** (Stops outside the Institute)
56A - from Ringsend Rd. to the Square
76 - from Chapelizod to the Square
76A - from Blanchardstown Centre to the Square

(Getting to the Institute from the Bus Terminus at the Square)

On arriving at the bus stop outside the Square, Tallaght, walk towards the Luas terminus. Walk through the Luas Terminus past Rua.
Continue walking along the wide path towards the Institute (metal columns line the path)
Cross at the pedestrian lights and proceed straight along the wide path.
Cross at the pedestrian lights (dual carriageway) and proceed straight.
Proceed straight along the wide path and take the left entrance into the Institute.
