Distinguished Guest Lecture Series
This year, the Department of Management is launching a Distinguished Guest Lecture Series.
The Inaugural Lecture will be given by Dr. John O’Connell (Frankie) on Monday 13th February @2pm, Room 029.
The lecture will be particularly relevant to students taking modules in strategy, marketing, tourism, innovation, business environment, change management, finance and law.

He works in an advisory capacity to many of the world’s leading airlines in areas such as marketing (branding, frequent flyer programmes); distribution, cost reduction, deregulation and alliances. Frankie is a regular speaker on the BBC and at international conferences dealing with aviation issues. His latest book ‘Air Transport in the 21st Century’ is a key reference source. He previously worked for Boeing as an analyst and as an airline lecturer at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (extended campus in California).
