Department of Humanities

The Department of Humanities provides undergraduate and graduate programmes of study in catering, hospitality, bar management, communications, community education and development, multimedia, and European studies.

Students are provided with specialist training and education utilising the latest technologies and teaching methodologies. Students pursing courses in European Studies spend part of their studies abroad, while students taking courses of study in catering and hospitality receive some of their practical training directly in industry.
