Student Well being Series

Dear All
The Student Support Services team will be running a series of events between now and the end of term to promote wellbeing with the students. The first four events will be workshops given by different team members focussing on the areas of time management, careers, health and mental resilience. There will be a free lunch provided for the first 30 students attending these events. There will also be a ‘Wellness pack’ given out. The details of these events are listed below and also in the attached flyer. The final event will be our annual Feelgood Day which will take place on April 18th. We will send around more information about that closer to the time. We would be very grateful if you could promote these events with your students. They can book their places through the eventbrite link.

·        Wednesday 14th March @1pm in room 021: EXAMINING YOUR ‘CAREER READINESS’-What is your next step? (Marie Kielty)

·        Wednesday 21st March@1pm in room 022: EXAMINING YOUR HEALTH- Faster…ways to succeed (Orlagh Fleming)

·        Wednesday 11th April @1pm in room 023: BUILDING YOUR MENTAL RESILIENCE- Healthy mind, healthy student (Aisling O’Brien)

First 30 attendees at each event will receive a free lunch
