European studies at IT TallaghtThe European Studies Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree offers students an exciting and interesting range of modules which provide them with an understanding and appreciation of modern Europe and with the necessary skills to work in a wide variety of national, international and multinational organizations in Ireland and elsewhere in Europe. Specialising in one European language (French, German or Spanish), the course provides students with an indepth understanding of aspects of European history, politics, culture and business.

Entry Requirements

European studies at IT TallaghtEntry Requirements, Honours Bachelor Degree – European Studies

At least Grade H5 in two higher level papers and Grade O6 in four ordinary level papers in the Leaving Cert. The subjects must include either Irish or English.

No prior knowledge of a foreign language is required.
