Fiosracht STEM Engagement Coordinator

The STEM Engagement Coordinator is a key role in this initiative. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, she/he will contribute to the development of the Fiosracht Discovery Centre in The County Library, Tallaght. They will coordinate and promote a series of design and technology camps for primary and secondary school students and opportunities for the public to interact with the centre activities. The coordinator will work with a variety of partners, schools and external organizations.
Clerical Officer Grade 3

The Institute are looking to establish a panel from which both permanent full time and temporary full time posts can be filled. This panel will last for 12 months.
Assistant Staff Officer (Grade IV)

The appointee may be assigned to any of a very wide range of areas or activities carried out in an Institute, in any of its campuses.
The job could include the supervision of small groups of staff, usually of one level, on routine clearly defined tasks where the jobholder’s duties include the organisation of work and staff to achieve specific, usually cyclical targets.
Marketing & Communications Manager

The Institute has a vacancy for the above post which will be filled on a permanent or fixed term contract basis.
Essential academic qualifications and professional experience:
Applicants will hold an appropriate primary honours degree (NQF level 8 with a 2.2 honours classification or higher) in Marketing or an equivalent qualification, together with a minimum of five-years post graduate relevant work experience in the field of marketing or communications or public/media relations.

• Leading the development, management and implementation of an integrated marketing and communications strategy for:
• Undergraduate and post graduate programmes, both full time and part time
• Professional courses
• Bespoke Industry programmes
• Schools Liaison Activities
