Description:This module aims to expand the students’ existing skills and knowledge of the target language. The students will research and present aspects of commercial and cultural relevance in the target language country/ countries.
Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to
  1. Communicate confidently on a range of topics in the target language.
  2. Communicate confidently on a range of topics in the target language.
  3. Translate a variety of texts from the target language into English.
  4. Describe issues of a contemporary nature in the target language country/countries using a variety of media

  • General language (30%)
    Further development of reading, writing, speaking and listening skills
  • Business Language (50%)
    Presentation of issues of commercial relevance. Translation of commercial texts from the target language into English

    Business environment, companies.
