Description:To provide students with a thorough knowledge of Personality and Social Psychology at foundation level and to enable the students to apply their knowledge to issues of relevance to social care workers.
Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to
  1. Identify the main characteristics within social psychology.
  2. Apply principles of Social Psychology as they apply to minority groups.
  3. Illustrate the effective use of empirical research in resolving debates within social psychology.
