Examinations Introduction
The Examinations Office, which is part of the Registrar’s Office in ITT Dublin, is responsible for the administration of all Institute examination sessions. There are three examinations sessions within an academic year and students will be assessed throughout the year as well as sitting written examinations in January and May of each year. Repeat examinations are held over a two week period in August usually beginning in the middle of this month.
The examinations office is located in the office beside reception and Siobhan Jacob, Laura Reilly and Maria Donohue are the officers responsible for the administration of these examinations. Siobhan can be contacted at 01 4042375, Laura at 01 4042226 and Maria at 4042899. Brendan Harte is the Administrative Officer in the Registrar’s Office and has the overall responsibility for ensuring all examinations run successfully. Brendan can be contacted at 01 4042131. It is very important to visit the examinations section of the website in order to access the examination timetable, location of examinations, layout of the examination hall in the National Basketball Arena and examination regulations. Please don’t hesitate to contact any member of the examinations office if you have any queries regarding your examinations.
