Bachelor of Science - Sterile Services Management

About the Course

This programme is a follow-on to the Higher Certificate in Science - Sterile Services Technology. Its aim is to further educate and train staff working in sterile services technology centres in microbiology so that they can progress to supervisory or management roles. The programme will draw heavily on the work experience of the participants and applying learning from this programme to their day-to-day roles.

This programme will run over two college semesters (12 months) part-time. Candidates must take all modules on offer in each semester.

Entry Level

The minimum entry requirement is a Pass Award in the Higher Certificate in Science - Sterile Services Technology programme or its equivalent. All applicants must have competence in spoken and written English. Candidates must be working in a relevant area.

Fees & Funding

€3460 (Inclusive of ITT Dublin registration fee and examination fee).  If completing individual modules/ groups of modules the individual module fee is €375 plus the ITT Dublin registration fee of €30 and an examination fee of €15 per module examination (up to a maximum of €70 per academic year).
