About the Course
Programme Outline & Aims
This programme is aimed at individuals with good operational skills who wish to develop supervisory skills. It will equip them with the skills to take on positions of responsibility as supervisors or departmental managers in the tourism and hospitality sector.
The programme is delivered by day release over a 28-week period, commencing November 2008. All applicants will be notified on or before October 2008.

The qualification is certified by the Further Education and Training Council (FETAC) and is internationally recognised.
Entry Level
Entry to this programme is through a competitive interview process. Additionally, applicants must be over 19 years of age or older and currently working in tourism and hospitality. All applicants must have competence in spoken and written English.Course Content / Timetable
