Certification in the Management of Food Hygiene (FETAC)

About the Course

Programme Outline & Aims
This programme is aimed at those who have a responsibility for the management of food operations in the food industry. Participants will be trained both in the principles and in the effective management of  food hygiene. This course meets the requirements of the Food Safety Authority of Ireland’s Level 3 guidelines in food safety skills for management. The awarding body is the National Hygiene Partnership.

Entry Level

Candidates should be working in a foodservices organisation. A prior knowledge of basic food hygiene is recommended. All applicants must have competence in spoken and written English.
