About the Course
This programme, which is accredited by the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV), aims to prepare graduates for the sale by auction, tender or private treaty of all types of property and commodities. Students will learn how to act as valuers, property managers, arbitrators in property disputes, expert witnesses in courts-of-law and provide other property-related services.Title of Award: Certificate in Auctioneering & Estate Agency

Entry Level
All applicants must apply to the IPAV in the first instance. They will assess each applicant’s suitability and eligibility for this programme. Places on this programme will then be offered to eligible candidates only. Eligible candidates will be informed by the IPAV regarding fee structure. Places on this programme may be limited. All applicants must have competence in spoken and written English. Once you have confirmation of your eligibility for this programme from IPAV you must then apply to ITT Dublin directly.Course Content / Timetable

Career Opportunities
The Certificate in Auctioneering & Estate Agency is designed to produce competent, articulate and professional graduates through a rigorous examination and assessment system. This is a challenging two year course designed to prepare students to enter the profession as junior negotiators. Students who obtain the Certificate and subsequently acquire two years experience in an auctioneering practice (or three if they run their own auctioneering practice), approved by IPAV, qualify to apply for full IPAV membership.Graduate Profiles

Pay full fees before August 31st and get a 5% reduction on your tuition fees.
