Bachelor Degree of Business – Accounting
This three year programme aims to provide a level of knowledge and skills in core business subjects that prepares students for positions of greater responsibility in a business environment. Students who gain the Bachelor Degree Award may exit into the world of employment with this valuable qualification and work in practice or industry in sectors such as financial services, banking,insurance, manufacturing, construction and consultancy. Alternatively they may decide to apply for a place on the Honours Bachelor Degree programme to acquire a comprehensive level of knowledge, skills and competency.

What do I Need?
Entry Requirements for the Bachelor Degree of Business Degree:At least Grade D3 (ordinary level) in five subjects in the Leaving Cert. The subjects must include either English or Irish. Ordinary level Mathematics (Grade D3) is also a requirement.
Recent minimum CAO points: 200
Recent points range for applicants choosing this course: 425 - 200
Career Opportunities
BBS Accounting – Graduate opportunities from this programme are excellent. The majority choose to successfully continue their studies in ITT Dublin at honours degree level in Accounting.
